Romania Ranks First in EU For Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation

Nine'o clock reported on the 8th that on the second anniversary of the launch of the EU's green transformation plan REPowerEU, a report showed that as the demand for rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation surges, the number of rooftop solar installations in the EU has also increased. Among them, Romania, Greece and France rank the top three in terms of power generation. Overall, most EU member states have made certain progress in promoting rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation, with total power generation increasing by 54% year-on-year. To meet power generation needs, EU member states will continue to make efforts in expanding grid capacity, promoting energy sharing, deploying smart meters, raising public awareness and increasing skilled workers.
