1. The surface of photovoltaic modules should be kept clean, and attention should be paid when cleaning photovoltaic modules:
Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe photovoltaic modules, and it is strictly forbidden to use corrosive solvents or hard objects to wipe photovoltaic modules;
It is not advisable to use liquids that have a large temperature difference with the components to clean the components;
It is strictly forbidden to clean photovoltaic modules in bad weather such as strong wind and heavy rain;
The anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the stent should not crack and fall off, otherwise it should be brushed in time;
2. The expansion bolts used to fix the photovoltaic support should not be loose. For photovoltaic supports installed on prefabricated bases, the prefabricated bases should be placed smoothly and neatly, and the position should not be moved.
3. Photovoltaic modules should be checked regularly. If the following problems are found, you should contact to adjust or replace the photovoltaic modules immediately:
(1) The glass of photovoltaic modules is broken;
(2) The photovoltaic module junction box is deformed, twisted, cracked or burned, and the terminals cannot be well connected;
(3) Check the exposed wires for insulation aging and mechanical damage;
(4) Check whether the components are artificially blocked.
(5) The photovoltaic module and the bracket should be well combined, and the pressure block should be firmly crimped. Professional operation and maintenance personnel shall check whether the pressure block of photovoltaic power station is crimped firmly every six months;
If a serious fault is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately, dealt with in time, and contact the manufacturer in time if necessary.
(6) The inverter should not have rust, dust accumulation, etc., the heat dissipation environment should be good, and the inverter should not have large vibration and abnormal noise during operation.
(7) The warning signs on the inverter should be intact and not damaged.
(8) The function of the inverter fan to start and stop by itself should be normal, and there should be no large vibration and abnormal noise when the fan is running.
All bolts and bracket connections should be firm and reliable.
(9) The support should be well grounded, and the grounding system should be checked before the thunderstorm season arrives every year. Mainly check whether the connection is firm and the contact is good.
After severe natural weather such as typhoon and rainstorm, check whether the photovoltaic array is deformed, dislocated or loose as a whole.
(10) If the lower end of the bracket is fixed on the roof, regularly check whether the waterproofing of the roof is complete and reliable.
The cable should not be run under the overload state, if the cable sheath is damaged, it should be dealt with in time.
The parts of the cables entering and leaving the equipment should be well sealed, and there should be no holes larger than 10mm in diameter, otherwise they should be blocked with fireproof mud.
The cable should not be over-stressed in the connection line, and the cable should be bound reliably and should not hang in the air.
The inner wall of the cable protection tube should be smooth; the metal cable tube should not be severely corroded; there should be no burrs, hard objects, and garbage. If there are burrs, wrap it with a cable jacket and fasten it after filing.
Cable glands should be crimped securely to ensure good contact.
In the event of a joint failure, the inverter should be stopped in time, and the joints of other components connected to the inverter should be disconnected before the joints can be crimped again.
Grounding systems should be inspected and maintained prior to the thunderstorm season. Mainly check whether the connection is firm and the contact is good.
Before the thunderstorm season, the lightning protection module should be tested. If the display window of the lightning protection module is found to be red, replace it in time.
