In terms of increasing the power generation of your own photovoltaic power station, there are related skills that need to be paid attention to, including: component orientation, installation angle, installation orientation and angle of the inverter, etc.
The module should face the sun as much as possible, the angle and direction with the largest radiation, the installation angle is generally the local latitude plus 5 degrees, and the installation angle is generally due south and slightly west. The inverter is just the opposite, try to install it on the south wall, and the panel of the inverter should face north to avoid the sun.
(1) The installation of the machine should have a suitable height from the ground, so as to observe and read the LED display.
(2) When installing outdoors, a rain-proof sunshade should be installed on the inverter to avoid direct sunlight and rain. The inverter is not directly exposed to the sun or other heat sources.
(3) There should be enough space to install and move the inverter. There should be at least 50cm space around the inverter below 20KW. 30KW is to enter the air from the side, leaving a space distance of more than 100cm on both sides.
(4) There must be enough load-bearing, which is more than 1.5 times the weight of the inverter.
(5) The cooling air duct of the inverter is the air inlet from the bottom and the air from the top. The inverter should be installed vertically, and it is strictly forbidden to install it horizontally or upside down.
(6) The inverter must be placed in a space with air circulation. The inverter is divided into two types: forced air cooling and natural heat dissipation. The inverter itself is a heat source, and all heat must be dissipated in time and cannot be placed in An enclosed space, otherwise the temperature will rise higher and higher.
